Why Did Chereka Johnson’s Brother Levi Get Into Trouble?
A month ago, boxer Cherneka Johnson’s brother Levi was eliminated from competition. Outside of a gym in Brisbane, he was attacked viciously and stabbed numerous times.
According to a report that was published in the Sydney Morning Herald, four individuals attacked Levi after his vehicle was allegedly stolen when it was parked in the driveway of a gym in Mansfield. Unfortunately, he died right there in the hospital.
Andrew Massingham, a detective superintendent with the Queensland Police, stated that it was undeniably violent, that it took place in a very short amount of time, and that they were totally dedicated to doing their investigation.
According to 7News, two of the males implicated have already been arrested and charged with the homicide. On the other hand, the police had reason to think that Thomas Myler, age 35, and Kyle Martin, age 24, were also related to the incident, and they made an appeal for aid to locate them.
At approximately 5:30 in the evening, officers from the Queensland Police Service responded to reports after having gathered information from the general public.
They went to Skinner Avenue in Wellington Point, which is located in Chandler, before POLAIR followed a car that left the address and went there.

After making the trip to Australia in 2011, Johnson immediately got involved in the amateur ranks of the sport of boxing.
When she competed in international tournaments, Australia was her country of choice to represent. She won the Junior World Championships in 2011, came in fifth place at the Youth World Championships in 2013, and made the top 16 at the Elite World Championships in 2012 and 2014. These achievements came during her participation in the four AIBA World Boxing Amateur Championships. She holds several national titles, including three Australian national championships and three Golden Gloves championships, among her many other victories at the national level. Johnson finished her career as an amateur boxer after competing in more than 60 bouts throughout her time in the sport.

In August of 2018, Johnson faced off against the Thai boxer Siriphon Chanbuala in her tenth professional boxing battle. Johnson was able to win the fight by knockout in the second round.
Cherneka Johnson Obtaining the Title of World Champion in 2019 and Beyond
Johnson had a very successful year in 2019, as evidenced by the fact that he was able to win bouts against notable boxers such as Kirti, Arasa Nimnoi, and Nurshahidah Roslie.

Chereka Johnson had only one brother, and his name was Levi. When the horrific event occurred, he was only 23 years old at the time.
According to Cherneka, her brother wanted to watch her fight on Sunday, and this would have been the first event he could have attended with seriousness.

In connection with the alleged murder of Levi, the authorities have now taken into custody a third guy. According to Superintendent Massingham, anyone found guilty of accessory would be issued a lifetime in jail penalty.

Sharing the devastating news, the boxer requested for privacy at the tough moment. She also added that the family would like their time of mourning to be quiet and free from interference from reporters and journalists.
In addition to this, the professional boxer stated, “Let alone make up your own story about what you think is happening.”
Per the authorities, the four persons engaged in the case of Levi are gang members of a crime group known as 13 Kings.
Superintendent Massingham claims that the gang has been operational since 2013, and that a search warrant was recently carried out on the group’s clubhouse in the city of Capalaba.

Johnson World Title Presented To Her Family In Memory Of Her Brother Levi
In honour of her brother, who passed away after being stabbed to death a month ago, Cherneka Johnson will compete for the world title against Susie Ramadan, who is also an Australian.

On the card for the Haney-Kambosos fight, Cherneka Johnson prevailed over Susie Ramadan and kept her IBF title.
