Patrick Kenney Jr. ID’d as man stabbed to death outside Kowloon in Saugus

On Sunday, the Essex County District Attorney Paul F. Tucker and the Saugus Police Chief Michael Ricciardelli announced that the guy who passed away after being stabbed outside of Kowloon Restaurant in Saugus on Saturday has been identified as one named Patrick Kenney Jr., who was 42 years old and from Milton.

A knife wound was discovered on December 2 in the parking lot of Kowloon, which is located at 948 Broadway in Saugus. The incident occurred after 9 o’clock in the evening. According to the officials, there was a short time later when he was pronounced dead at Mass General Hospital.

The authorities are of the opinion that the stabbing was an accident and that there was no other person involved. The State Police Detective Unit of the Essex County District Attorney’s Office and detectives from the Saugus Police Department are currently conducting an investigation into the event.

Following a fight that took place on Thanksgiving Eve at the well-known Chinese restaurant, this stabbing occurred barely two weeks later.

At approximately 10:30 p.m. on November 22, the fight broke out at the restaurant located on Route 1. Previous reports indicate that this occurred. The incident involved a number of young men, as well as one individual who attacked them with a glass bottle.

According to a press release issued by the Saugus Police Department on Wednesday, four individuals will be charged in Lynn District Court in connection with the violence that occurred.

Whether or not there is a relationship between the four individuals, whether or not there is one, and whether or not further individuals will be charged in connection with the incident are all unknown.

According to the notice issued by the Saugus Police Department, a report regarding the fight will be submitted to the Saugus Board of Selectmen.
