Routine is important to your day-to-day life. Even though the weekends provide you with a lot of free time, you don’t want to neglect your schedule. Having a weekend schedule allows you to make the most of your weekends and can even improve your sleeping habits. Set up for success the night before by making a plan for the coming day. The next morning, get up and get moving right away. Try to find ways to make the weekends unique. You’ll be more likely to stick to a routine if you have something to do each day.
