Fear Street Part 3: 1666 soundtrack
The music in a film or TV show can often make or break the final product and Netflix’s newest release, Fear Street Part 3: 1666, is certainly helped by its killer soundtrack.
Released on July 16th, the film is the third and final instalment in Netflix’s Fear Street trilogy and following on from Parts 1 and 2, it features some truly classic songs

Fear Street Part 3: 1666 arrived on Netflix on July 16th and marks the end of the horror trilogy as it takes us back to the beginning of Shadyside’s history with the supernatural.
Set in 1666, during the period of witch trials in America, Part 3 explores the origins of Sarah Fier and her deadly curse that would plague Shadyside for centuries to come.
The story comes full circle as Deena is thrust into the past while her friends in 1994 are left in mortal danger themselves.

Soundtrack
Like Parts 1 and 2 before it, Fear Street Part 3: 1666 is packed with plenty of recognisable songs to make up its toe-tapping soundtrack.

Score
As well as the licensed songs used in Fear Street Part 3’s soundtrack, the film also features a chilling score that ramps up the horror feel.
That score is composed by Marco Beltrami who film fans will know from more than 140 movies and TV shows including Logan, Ford vs Ferrari (aka Le Mans ’66), Hellboy and Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines.
On top of that, Marco has plenty of experience in the horror genre, despite not liking scary movies himself, with him composing the music for A Quiet Place 1&2, The Woman in Black and the Scream franchise.
For the Part 3 score, Marco collaborated with Anna Drubich and Marcus Trumpp, both of whom are seasoned horror composers.
