Dale Joseph Ziegler Obituary, A Resident Of Lodi, California Passes Away At 37

After a six-month fight with cancer, Lodi resident Dale Joseph Ziegler, 37, passed away on January 2, 2024, surrounded by his loved ones. Dale was a wonderful father, brother, friend, brother-in-law, and spouse.

Dale cherished his time with his 16-year marriage to Jamie and his three daughters, Isla, Ava, and Zoe. Dale had been a carpenter his entire life and enjoyed it immensely. He enjoyed spending time in his barn, hiking, and hunting in the Lodi Marsh when he wasn’t working.

The deceased individuals that before Dale were his cousin Jason Ziegler, aunt Yvonne Ziegler, and paternal grandmother Ruth Ziegler.

His parents, Dawn and Randy Ziegler; brothers, Roger (Kacy) and Peter Ziegler; wife, and daughters survive him. His paternal grandfather, Joe Ziegler, and maternal grandparents, Mary Ann and LaVern Millard, all remain. Numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins are also left behind by Dale.

He was able to see most of his family and friends after receiving the heartbreaking news and having only a few days to say “goodbye” and reflect. In addition to his “life of the party” demeanor and general badassness, Dale will be greatly missed for his gallantry and generosity of heart.

On January 13, 2024, from 2 to 6 p.m., Acorn Acres will host a celebration of life.
